・Expiration date of eSIM: eSIM service start mail Please open within 30 days including the date of arrival. Activate your data plan before it expires.
It is not possible to reissue it after the expiration date. Also, due to the characteristics of the product, cancellation, refund or change cannot be made.

・ Please make sure that you have an eSIM compatible mobile phone before purchasing. We will not be able to respond even if you contact us for refund/cancellation.

・ 24 hours is one day (e.g., if you purchase a plan for 3 days and install and activate it at 10:00 on 9/1, it will be available until 09:59 on 9/4)

・ If you are unable to connect to the Internet via eSIM after setting up, please refer to the eSIM connection setting procedure above and check the phone settings.

・ The QR code of eSIM can be scanned only once. Please be careful not to delete eSIM by mistake after setting.

・ To stop using the eSIM function, please proceed from "Delete mobile communication plan".
