・The expiration date of eSIM: eSIM service start mail Please open within 30 days including the date of arrival. Activate your data plan before it expires.
It cannot be reissued after the expiration date. In addition, cancellation, refund or change is not possible due to the characteristics of the product.

・ Make sure you have an eSIM compatible mobile phone before purchasing. We will not be able to respond even if you contact us for refund/cancellation.

・ 24 hours a day (e.g., if you purchase a 3-day plan and install and activate it at 10:00 on September 1, it will be used until 09:59 on September 4)

・ If you are unable to connect to the Internet via eSIM after setting, please refer to the eSIM connection setting procedure above and check your phone settings.

・ The eSIM QR code can be scanned only once. Be careful not to delete the eSIM by mistake after setting.

・ To end the use of the eSIM function, proceed from "Delete Mobile Communication Plan".
