The theme park JUNGLIA will open its grand opening on Friday, July 25, 2025 in the northern part of Okinawa Prefecture.

In Ganglia, which is attracting attention not only from the citizens of the prefecture but also from Japan and abroad, what is different from the facilities that have been beautiful on the theme of the sea, such as the Okinawa Churaumi Aquarium? This time, we also cooperated with the operating company "Japan Entertainment Co., Ltd.", so let's check it out from the basic information first!

●Concept
Junglia is based on the concept of "Power Vacance !!" and Okinawa makes use of the great nature of Yanbaru, and it seems that you can enjoy "real excitement" and "real luxury".

●What can you do?
You can enjoy meals and shopping with local ingredients, as well as attractions and experiences that make use of the great nature of Yanbaru! In the next chapter, I'll dig deeper into the charm, so please check it out.

●Area
It is said that the area is about 600,000 square meters, but Okinawa does not have a very large comparison target, so it's hard to imagine it.

So I tried to compare it in an easy-to-understand manner.
・It is a little smaller than the National Okinawa Memorial Park (approximately 770,000 square meters) where the Okinawa Churaumi Aquarium is located.
・Larger than Tokyo Disneyland (approximately 510,000 square meters)
・It is larger than USJ (Universal Studio Japan, approximately 540,000 square meters).
・Tokyo Dome (approximately 46,000 square meters) is equivalent to about 13 pieces.
・Aeon Mall Okinawa Rycom (approximately 175,000 square meters) is equivalent to 3.4 pieces

The "Daiichi Marine Service" ferry operates from Naha to Nago Port in Nago City and Toguchi Port in Motobu Town, so it's likely to be here.

It will arrive in about 1.5 hours from Naha city where the airport is located. (* Note: It does not take into account traffic congestion.)
The parking lot seems to be dispersed in several places, but it seems that there is a shuttle bus from the parking lot.

Based on the photos and information provided by Japan Entertainment, I thought about its appeal from the perspective of Okinawa Traveler.

First: Nature that is unique here in Japan
The place where the junglia is built is the area called Yanbaru in the dialect of Okinawa.

"Yanbaru" refers to a wide area in the north, which was registered as a World Natural Heritage Site in 2021. Did you know that about 60% of Japan's amphibians and reptile live and a variety of creatures live? I think many people have heard it at Okinawa rail, a rare bird that cannot fly, which is a natural monument of Japan and is also designated as a endangered species.

Janglia was born in the same northern area, and it is attractive because it is a theme park that takes advantage of the rich nature of Yanbaru, where you can feel the subtropics that can only be found here in Japan.
In fact, I'm excited about what kind of flora and fauna you can see!

Second: Nature experience that touches the five senses
It seems that you can experience the following nature experiences with only the published information!
・A balloon experience where you can see the great nature of Yanbaru from the sky
・A lively zip-line experience that takes advantage of the terrain that was originally a golf course
・The adventure of safariride fleeing with a buggy from a carnivorous dinosaur

It's a content that you can enjoy when you go with your family, friends, or couples.

Third: New standard! Healing experience where you can spend time slowly
Isn't there a lot of such a flow of classic Okinawa sightseeing courses so far?
[Previous standard]
Morning: Arrived at Naha Airport. We rented a rental car and left for "Okinawa Churaumi Aquarium" for about two and a half hours.
Around noon: Eat local meals such as Okinawa soba and spend a couple of hours at the aquarium.
Before evening: Returning to the Onna village area where resort hotels are concentrated, it took a few hours to get the driver stuck.
