The Shuri Castle Festival, which is held every fall, offers traditional culture and performing arts that have continued since the Kingdom of ryukyu period. From 2021, until 2026, when the main hall was completed, the name was changed to the Shuri Castle Reconstruction Festival, and a stage where various performances of performers by public offering were performed on the theme of reconstruction were added.
At the "Old Procession" held on November 3 (Sun./holiday), during the Kingdom of ryukyu era, the king visited three temples under Shuri Castle to pray for the nation's well-being and fertility of the five grains is recreated.
